Doctor Fetner limits his practice to urology, the branch of medicine dealing with the kidneys and bladders of males and females and the treatment of disorders of the male reproductive system. Common medical areas in urology are kidney stones, prostate enlargement, cancers of the prostate, kidney, bladder and testicles, bladder infections, incontinence, penile warts, testes and the desire of men not to have any more children.

Doctor Fetner also performs specialized services and other treatment procedures involving these organs and problems.
